Regaine (Minoxidil) is a topical
solution to treat hair loss.
Manufactured by Pfizer
Extra Strength Regaine contains 5% minoxidil and is for use by men only
Standard Strength Regaine contains 2% minoxidil and is for use by men or
women
Extra strength Regaine (5%) must NOT be used by WOMEN.
May grow facial hair.
May be harmful if used during
pregnancy or breast-feeding.
You should NOT use this product if;
you have experienced sudden or unexpected loss of hair which may be
associated with other medical problems,
you have experienced total baldness (either shaved or not) or have loss
of all body hair,
you suffer from, or are receiving treatment for, high blood pressure,
your hair loss is due to treatment with drugs (i.e. chemotherapy or
similar),
you have an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients,
you have a scalp/skin condition (e.g. psoriasis or sunburn),
you are using other medical treatments on your scalp.
If in any doubt - Please consult your doctor first or contact our
doctors for advice.
Regaine is for use on the scalp only, do not use on other parts of the
body.
1 mL is applied with dropper or sprayer twice per day directly onto the
scalp in the hair loss area.
Regaine may regrow hair only on the vertex (top) of the scalp. It is not
intended to treat frontal baldness or receding hairline.
Although hereditary hair loss covers the majority of cases, there are
some occasions where hair loss is not due to genetics.
In these cases, Regaine is not effective at establishing regrowth.
If you stop using this product, you will gradually lose the hair you
have gained.
